Lawmate 4K cameras are finally here!
Lawmate’s new 4K cameras are finally here! Let’s dive into the details. First up, we have two updated versions of the DIY camera, now named PV-DY40UW and DY40UWW. The DY40UWW even comes with a wide-angle lens. There’s also a improved version of the PV-RC200HDW, keyfob, PV-RC400UW.
Lawmate has been patiently waiting for 4K cameras to get small enough, handle heat well during long use, and perform great in low light.
Besides the awesome 4K resolution, these cameras also have a high framerate, meaning more pictures per second. They can capture an impressive 120 pictures per second at 1080P Full HD. The DY40 models go even further, reaching up to 240 pictures per second at 720P. A high framerate increases the chances of getting clear shots when recording fast-moving things like cars, bikes, or people on the go. Lawmate has nailed it by combining top-notch technology with practical design, tackling the challenges of size, heat, and low-light situations.
