Deliveries
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. Deviations in delivery time may occur to northern Sweden and when ordering goods that are not in stock. Packages are sent to your nearest postal agent and you will be asked to show identification when collecting them. For company packages, the package is delivered directly to the company at the address provided before the end of the day.
Uncollected packages
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, shipping fee and handling fee, currently EUR15.
Returns – Right of withdrawal – Open purchase
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a specially manufactured product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the cancellation period begins on the day we provide information.
When you have exercised your right of cancellation:
You are obliged to keep the product in the same good condition as when you received it. The box and all accessories that came with the product must be returned. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of cancellation.
Contact us at info@lawmatenordic.com before you return and we will send you a return slip via email that you print out and attach to the package. It is important that you pack so that the product is not damaged during shipping. Any damage that occurs during shipping may result in a deduction.
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.
Refund obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have withdrawn. Refunds are always made to the same account that was used for purchase. Lawmate Nordic deducts the cost of shipping, EUR7, when refunding. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.

Guarantees and service
In addition to the right of withdrawal, Lawmare Nordic provides a 1-year guarantee, some exceptions such as consumables such as batteries may have a shorter guarantee (6 months), see the instruction manual for more information. The guarantee is voluntary to provide, but the right of withdrawal is statutory and applies to all products. The biggest difference between the right of withdrawal and the guarantee is that during the complaint period the burden of proof lies with the consumer to prove that the fault is original.
The definition of an original defect is that the defect already existed at the time of delivery and that the user has not been able to influence the defect and is not due to, for example, wear and tear, abnormal use, neglect or any form of external influence, such as damage from spills or liquids. At www.riksdagen.se you can read the law in its entirety under the link “Swedish Collection of Legislation”.
In Sweden, consumers’ rights in complaints and dispute handling are primarily regulated by the Consumer Purchase Act. This law is mandatory, which means that companies cannot offer worse conditions than those stipulated by the law.
Complaints & Dispute Management
Right to complain: As a consumer, you have the right to complain about a product or service if it is faulty. This also applies if the warranty has expired, as long as the fault is not due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use.
Time frames: Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered. What is considered a reasonable time may vary depending on the circumstances, but it is important to act without undue delay.
Dispute management:
The Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN): If you feel that you cannot agree on a solution, you can contact ARN, a government authority that impartially examines consumer disputes.
Skybox AB has a policy of following ARN’s decisions.
Force Majeure
Lawmate Nordic is not liable for damage or delay due to legal action, government action, mobilization, war, seizure, currency restrictions, system errors, errors or restrictions in deliveries from subcontractors, strike, lockout, boycott, blockade or other similar circumstances that either prevent or make it difficult for Alarmbutiken to fulfill its obligations to such an extent that it cannot be done otherwise than at an abnormally high cost.
