Deliveries

Returns

If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal. Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
